We’re committed to getting your project right, which is why we offer free virtual or in-person consultations with no obligation. It’s a chance for us to understand your needs, explore the best options and talk through how we can work together. We’ll then create a bespoke system design tailored specifically to your home or business.
A few days before installation, scaffolding will be put up and your equipment will arrive. On the day, our team will install and commission your system, making sure everything is working exactly as it should. Once everything is complete, we’ll send a full handover pack with all certificates and documentation, including what you need to receive export payments from your energy supplier.
We’ll guide you through your new system so you feel confident using it. You’ll receive a clear, friendly walkthrough of every feature, function, and app, making sure you’re completely comfortable from day one.
Every installation comes with a 12-month support package, and if you ever need help, you can simply call or message our friendly office team or your installer for a quick response. All our installers are in-house, so you’ll always speak to someone who knows your system.
